---++ Public Key

The package repository metadata is gpg signed. Grab the <a href="https://deb.pkgs.inf.ed.ac.uk/keys/Informatics-Package-Service.gpg">public key</a> and import it like this:

wget https://deb.pkgs.inf.ed.ac.uk/keys/Informatics-Package-Service.gpg
apt-key add Informatics-Package-Service.gpg
</verbatim>

(On Ubuntu you might need to use =sudo apt-key=)

After creating the =lcfg.sources= file (see below) you'll need to run =apt update=  to build the local cache for the Informatics repository.

---++ Debian

Create =/etc/apt/sources.list.d/lcfg.sources= file like this:

URIs: https://deb.pkgs.inf.ed.ac.uk/debian/buster
Suites:	inf-buster
Components: world uoe inf
Signed-By: 33E1A177381BC55CEB43AAFE096363BC9820A0F8

You might need to edit that config, the =uoe= component is only accessible to machines in =ed.ac.uk= and the =inf= component is only accessible to machines in =inf.ed.ac.uk=
