Dell PowerEdge R340

By default UEFI boot mode is enabled in the lcfg/hw/dell_poweredge_r340.h hardware header. To match this it is necessary to switch from legacy to UEFI, this is done through the "System BIOS" -> "Boot Settings" section of the BIOS setup. Alternatively the legacy mode can be used by defining the USE_LEGACY_BOOT macro at the top of the LCFG profile.
